Synopsis
Stéphan Moszkowicz followed the boss of a branch of an Anglo-Saxon group and the boss of an SME for 8 months in order to understand how bosses decide, for what and for whom. His camera, discreet to make himself forgotten by the protagonists, confidant of the anxieties of each one, captured their particular history, their life as a boss.
